obama's new health fix-it man. a post just went up. can you talk about that? be one of the to white house'lobbyists to capitol hill and was working with congress when they pass the affordable care act. this appears to be a response to a freak out on capitol hill among democrats regarding the issue of people's policies being canceled because they did not meet the rules. may be the white house felt they had some of who is dedicated to this issue and had worked on getting a bill passed with the democratic lawmakers, maybe they could quell this discontent before a republican bill coming up on the house floor. that is what was going on a few weeks ago. from let's go to dan anchorage, alaska. caller: this is dan. my question is about the in theon of dedicated states that turned it down. who decides whether a state turns it down? is if the governor or the legislature of the state? is there any way if the state turned it down that they can change their mind and take it? guest: the answer is it depends on the state. usually the legislature has to pass a bill and the governor has to sign it.

was anthrax or some other device that was sent to president obama and to the mayor in new york city, mayor bloomberg, was really related to that particular issue. so again, i think we have to look at the broader picture, and the only issue of radicalizati radicalization. and it's true what you said about the individual who does not look at some approval by his peers or colleagues, has no constraints whatsoever. but that individual does not exist in a vacuum in terms of radicalization. i think dr. kumar mentioned the technology, the social media, for example, the internet and so forth. the inspiration that they had. so what i propose that we can discuss again is the only issue, how is the lone wolf being created? again, i indicated that in general the terrorists are not born but they are created. and again, we can condemn them as dostoevsky observed a long time ago, we can be against the evildoers, but we cannot understand their mind of the evildoer. this is a big part. we cannot understand the mind of the lone wolf. so again, do you want to respond to some of the comments, dr. kumar? >> an

and says the website with host 50,000 people at the same time. the obama administration also says the site is stable more than 90% of the time. healthcare.gov far from perfect. "the new york times" reports insurance companies are still not receiving all the information about individuals who sign up for coverage through the exchanges. and that creates a logistical nightmare for these guys. they need to track down that additional data and in some instances the insurance companies have no record that consumers signed up for coverage at all through the website. but former adviser to president obama david pluf insisted obama care will be viewed as a success even if it doesn't happen until after the president is out of office. >> this program was designed to be implemented by the states. in most of the states running our exchanges is going quite well. you talk about medicaid. i think it's just a fact that it may take until 2017 when this president leaves offs, you'll see almost every state running their own exchanges and expanding medicaid. i think it will work really well then. >> let's fast fo
